A Message From the Chair

This year marks the loss of another of the early Old Timers. We sadly report the passing of Marguerite Klein Miller.

A lot of us have very little knowledge of who she was and what she meant to the development of OTR/TRA as we now know it. With this in mind I respectfully request that you take a few moments to read about Marguerite later in this program.

Last year I asked you to join me in meeting and recognizing some of the past Chairmen and Chairwomen of OTR. Well, this year I'd like you to come to the Main Pavilion at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday to honor some people who have given unstintingly of themselves to further the goals of TRA/OTR.

First are the Fellow Awards for those who have worked down the years to make it possible for us to be here for the 51st time this year. Secondly is the Robbie Award, which is the highest recognition TRA/OTR can bestow, for outstanding service to TRA/OTR.

Please join us and give a big round of applause to these folks who, while they may not be as active as they once were (who is?), without them there would not be an OTR/TRA. So let's not wait to say HOORAY for these folks.
