5th Annual Cavers
Reunion
 The 5th Old Timers Reunion was
moved to Dahmer's Hotel in Franklin, West Virginia.
It was organized by G.A. Robertson, and was attended
by 149 cavers. The registration fee was
$1.00 per person, except children. Mrs.
(Robbie) Robertson was in charge of registration.
Camping was free in the rear of the
Dahmer's Hotel. Both Saturday and Sunday
banquets were served at Dahmer's cost not to exceed
$2.00.
A cake walk was sponsored by the
Franklin Fire Company and the Franklin High School
Band.
They had
Old-fashioned hayrides on Watts' 18-wheeler flatbed
to the Smoke Holes.
