| BACKGROUND |
John
Bozenbury is memorialized in proud Marine
Corps tradition by this contest. John was a
co-judge and active participant in this
event in 1985-87. He died in 1987 from
leukemia contracted due to Agent Orange
exposure in Vietnam. His competitiveness and
high-spirited enthusiasm for this event and
OTR is greatly missed. Here's another one to

| OBJECTIVE: |
To
consume the entire contents of the
designated container with the fastest time. |
| EQUIPMENT
NEEDED: |
Participants
bring their own beverage in an unopened
container. Contestants under the age of 21 are
to provide a juice beverage -- "NO
CARBONATED DRINKS". Water cannot be
substituted.

and straws will be provided. |
| GUIDELINES: |
Timed event.
Consumers of beer must be of legal age and
name tag must bear appropriate stamp. Three
attempts allowed per category. Timing begins
when mug leaves electronic timing device and
stops when empty mug is returned to timer. No
more than 0.5 ounce is to remain in mug. Judge
reserves right to refuse entry to those who
are obnoxiously intoxicated. No excessive
spilling. Beverage must be kept down for at
least 1 minute, and down means in the
contestant, not down on the judge! Judge's
ruling is final.
