There are lots of little things that happen all year long and/or during OTR to get OTR together, things that make OTR special, but for which there is no job title or activity name. These are “All the little things” that no one ever sees:

OTR 2006 would never happen without all the sweat poured into it by a number of TRA workers all year long and without all the behind-the-scenes work from some unsung heroes. These are not OTR staff; but maybe they should be because of the scope, level, and impact of the work they do to get the site ready. Many more TRA workers help get the site ready, too many to list here. But the guys below are the ones that make huge impact on whether or not we even have water, electricity, buildings, a website, funds, elections - you get the picture! My heartfelt thanks to you!
