Last year, OTR was able to collect many coats and cold weather apparel for our Randolph County neighbors in need and it was well appreciated! There was such a great response to the Call to Action, we are going to do it again! Bring your gently used cold weather wear, (adult or children sizes needed) over to Cooters and we will make sure that it gets to warm the body and soul of someone in need.
